JetTune respects your privacy and is committed to handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how JetTune collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the JetTune website, mobile application, community features, services, and related content.

JetTune is operated by Stillwater Business Strategy. In this Privacy Policy, “JetTune,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JetTune and its operator.

1. Information We May Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with JetTune.
Information you provide

Device permissions

JetTune does not intentionally collect your contact list, precise GPS location, microphone recordings, health information, or financial account credentials unless a future feature clearly requests that information and you choose to provide it.

JetTune may include member profiles, groups, comments, forums, blog discussions, parts exchanges, contributor posts, or similar community features.
Information you post in a public or member-visible area may be viewed, copied, shared, or saved by other people. This may include your username, profile image, photographs, jet ski information, comments, and other content you choose to publish.

Do not post private, confidential, financial, or sensitive personal information in community areas.
Deleting your account may not automatically remove copies of content that were previously shared, quoted, screenshotted, lawfully retained, or reposted by other users. JetTune may remove or anonymize account-associated content where reasonably possible.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

JetTune and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to:

Payment processors

9. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their JetTune account and associated personal information.

Where available, users may begin an account-deletion request through their account settings, profile settings, or the applicable member-account area.

• A clear statement that you want your JetTune account deleted

 

We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Following verification, JetTune will delete or anonymize the account and associated personal information within a reasonable period, except where certain records must be retained for legitimate legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Deleting the mobile app from your device does not automatically delete your JetTune account.
Google Play requires apps that support account creation to provide both an in-app deletion pathway and a publicly accessible web method for requesting account and associated data deletion.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information held about you

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion of personal information

• Withdraw certain consent

JetTune is intended for personal watercraft owners, mechanics, restorers, and enthusiasts. It is not directed toward children under 13.
